Today I am sharing one of my families favorite muffin recipes. These taste like they are sinful and they help me stay on track with my sweet tooth.

Flourless Chocolate Almond Butter Muffins
Makes 12 Muffins
Ingredients
1 Cup Almond Butter (feel free to use another nut butter)
2 Medium Ripe Bananas
2 Large Eggs
¼ Cup Honey
1 Cup Gluten Free Oats
4 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ Cup Cacao Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F
Prepare muffin pan with either muffin papers or cooking spray
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth
Pour the batter into your prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity ¾ full
Bake for 10-12 min. Or until toothpick comes out clean
