Health Coaching Program includes:

• 2 months of 1-on-1 nutrition coaching

• One, monthly 60-minute session via facetime (in some circumstances, phone/in person)

• A 60-minute session where we discuss all of the details (your health history and key health concerns); and together define three major health goals and a health strategy to help structure your wellness journey

• Email support between sessions

• A discussion about food and eating habits, healthy meal and snack ideas, and easy pantry swaps

• Recipes that are simple to prepare

• Informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge and help with meal planning

• A welcome kit including my favorite goodies

• My personal commitment to your health and success
