I understand what it's like to be a woman who wears several hats each day - because I am one!

It is incredibly hard to be on your A-GAME all the time; especially with a husband, children, friends and community in the mix. Also, with all of the wellness information in our media today, I also understand how hard it can be to distinguish between what's actually right for YOU, and what's just adding more stress to your day.

If you are someone who has struggled with calorie restriction or overexercising; has tried every 'diet', weight-loss supplement and fat burner on the market; ventured through the keto, low-carb, paleo world; counted points, used portion containers, and read every single fitness guru's 'secrets to losing weight', and still haven't found the right solution, then this program is for you. We will start with getting your mind set up for success so your body will follow. 

As women, I believe that we deserve to be on our A-GAME. We deserve to feel our absolute best - to thrive every single day - physically, emotionally and mentally.

THIS is why I have created MIND-BODY-FIT.

As a certified personal trainer and health coach, I have learned how to effectively use nutrition and exercise to help others reach their goals. As a women who has struggled with mindfulness and self-compassion I know how important that piece is to have a healthy body. There is truly nothing like feeling confident in your own skin, feeling in control of your food choices, and feeling strong and healthy every single day.

The MIND-BODY-FIT program is designed to first get your MIND in the right place so you can be more successful. Then guide you through the fundamentals of solid nutrition for your BODY and effective exercise to feel FIT so you can continue in the direction of wellness while living your healthiest life.

What is Included:

  • 6 weeks of Mindfulness, Nutrition and my FIT program to tone up and lose fat

  • Mindfulness and self-compassion practices

  • 30 minute 1x1 call with me to modify program to your needs

  • Access to a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach (me) throughout the 6 weeks to answer any questions

  • Healthy recipes

  • 5 workouts per week (instructional videos included)
